Genital Mutilation

Court battles are being fought to end the heinous practice of carving up the dicks of baby's for aesthetic purposes. Unfortunately as long as stories like this are relegated to "odd news" little progress will be made. I ask you again, where is the outrage? How can we as a society allow unnecessary surgery that is intended to cripple people's sexual function. What insane justification can be the basis of this practice?
