This is so funny that it requires very little introduction, but it does seem really funny considering the voting reform legislation the piece begins with.

Meh, it doesnt suprise me that this hasnt been reported before. Its probably votes that noone cares about except the people tapping the buttons like they have parkinsens. Or the legislator couldnt be bothered to actually do their own job so asked their friend to vote for them. I imagine the sponsors for a bill just go around asking for support and then vote for the people who sign on.
Also if someone was forced to vote like they didnt want to I imagine it would be made a huge issue by the offended person.
